That the agenda be adopted as distributed by the Clerk

a) That the minutes of the Accessibility Advisory Committee meeting AAC#02-19 held on June 27, 2019, be adopted.

a) That the presentation by Jennifer Anderson, Program Coordinator - Summer Camp, School Holiday and Inclusion Services, and Stefanie Cuda, Inclusion Services Assistant, regarding Inclusion Services in Richmond Hill's Recreation and Culture Programs, be received with thanks.

a) That the Government of Ontario’s Proposed Changes to the Information and Communications Standard in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA): Submission of Feedback from the City of Richmond Hill’s Accessibility Advisory Committee be received.

That the meeting be adjourned at 3:02 p.m.
